On the Site of Faversham town football club and home to the annual Faversham Beer festival, We have started “Kent’s Biggest Beer Garden” to support the football club and give people the chance to feel safe in a environment that will allow them to social distance and be in the company of others. It will run 8 weeks or longer if the football season is delayed.
So come along and have some fun.
Due to the guidelines set out by the UK Government, Pubs and other hospitality businesses must collect details of people that enter their establishments.
This is because, in an event of an outbreak, the source can be located and contained.

Also while there is a max limit (500) of how many people we can have onsite, we will impose our own limit on a weekend by weekend basis that is pre-agreed with the local authorities.

The organisers of ‘Kent’s biggest beer garden’ have said that the Faversham event will be the ‘safest place to drink in town’. Faversham Town Football Club on Salters Lane will host the first of what is hoped to be a weekly event on Sunday (July 5).
A football club have transformed their ground into the ‘biggest beer garden’ in Kent in an attempt to cope with huge losses suffered during the pandemic. Faversham Town FC have lost between £50,000 and £70,000 due to the coronavirus – but hope to recoup some of that by offering the “safest environment” for people wanting to enjoy a drink while avoiding cramped pubs.
